Robust & Stable Structure

This 75 series adopts 1.6mm frame profiles paired with 2.0mm sash profiles, achieving exceptional load-bearing capacity and reliable long-term dimensional stability. Even for extra-wide openings, the door maintains straight alignment and effortless operation for decades without sagging. Bolted folding stiles and low-profile rollers withstand frequent daily operation and heavy foot traffic in busy commercial premises. Precision-machined corner joints ensure tight assembly and whisper-quiet movement, minimising vibration and noise during folding.

Flexible Glazing & Superior Thermal Performance

The standard glazing option is 5mm+20A+5mm multi-layer tempered insulated glass. Combined with the integrated thermal break structure, the whole assembly effectively blocks heat transfer, keeping interiors cool in summer and warm in winter while cutting energy consumption. For projects requiring enhanced strength and acoustic insulation, 6mm+18A+6mm and 8mm+12A+8mm glass alternatives are available. All glass complies with international safety standards. Optional internal magnetic blinds can be fitted within the insulated cavity to adjust light levels and privacy, eliminating the need for external curtains.

Two Installation Options

You can opt for the tracked folding system, which includes low flat track, edge-protected low track and high track variants to suit diverse ground conditions and drainage requirements. The alternative trackless design delivers a completely flat, threshold-free floor, enabling seamless passage for wheelchairs, strollers and robotic cleaners.

Hardware & Security

High-performance hardware ensures smooth, reliable daily operation. Clayson hardware fitted as standard, with German Kerssenberg hardware available as an upgrade for enhanced wear resistance and extended service life. Optional multi-point locking system improves security. All hardware is pre-assembled and fully tested in our factory before shipment. The system achieves excellent airtightness and watertightness, protecting your building from wind and rain.

Colour & Customization

The premium powder coating surface is UV-resistant, anti-corrosion and scratch-proof, retaining a refined finish after decades of outdoor exposure.We offer five standard powder coating finishes: Sand Black, Polar Black, Porcelain Grey, Sand Texture Grey and Sand Coffee. Bespoke colours and custom sizes are fully supported. Each unit is tailor-made to match your project’s opening dimensions and design vision.
