Robust & Stable Structure
The 75‑series adopts 1.6 mm frame profiles and 2.0 mm sash profiles with excellent load‑bearing capacity and dimensional stability. Even for ultra‑wide openings, door panels remain straight and smooth and will not sag after years of daily use. Bolted folding stiles and low‑profile rollers withstand repeated folding cycles, suitable for high‑traffic commercial environments. Precision‑machined corner connections ensure tight assembly and quiet operation, effectively reducing vibration and noise during folding movement.
Flexible Glazing
This door comes as standard with 5mm+20A+5mm multi‑layer tempered insulated glass for safety and basic thermal insulation. For projects requiring higher strength and better sound insulation, 6mm+18A+6mm and 8mm+12A+8mm glass are available options. All glass panes comply with international safety standards. Optional built‑in magnetic louver blinds fitted inside the insulated glass allow easy light adjustment and privacy control with no need for extra curtains.
Two Installation Options
Based on different floor conditions and drainage requirements, you may choose the tracked folding system — low‑flat track, low track with edge guard or high track. Alternatively, you can opt for the trackless folding system which delivers a completely flat, barrier‑free floor surface, accessible for wheelchairs, strollers and robot vacuum cleaners.
Hardware & Security
High‑performance hardware guarantees smooth and reliable daily operation. Clayson hardware is fitted as standard, while German Kerssenberg hardware is available as an upgrade for improved wear resistance and longer service life. An optional multi‑point locking system enhances security. All hardware is pre‑assembled and fully tested before factory shipment. The system delivers outstanding air‑tightness and water‑tightness to effectively protect your building against wind and rain.
Colour & Customization
High‑performance powder‑coated surfaces resist UV fading, corrosion and scratches, maintaining a perfect finish even under long‑term outdoor exposure. We offer five standard powder‑coat colours: Sand Black, Polar Black, Porcelain Grey, Sand‑Texture Grey and Sand‑Texture Coffee. Custom colours and sizes are also available — each order can be tailored to the specific opening dimensions and design requirements of your project.
